About Flo Music Group

Flo Music Group was born from a shared belief in the power of purpose-driven artistry. As both a management and agency platform, Flo exists as a home for artists who move with intention, feel deeply, and share from the soul.

Founded by Natasha Savage and Daryl Flood, the company brings together decades of combined experience in the music industry — spanning artist development, live touring, label operations, and creative strategy across South Africa, Canada, and beyond. Natasha, with nearly 20 years in the South African music landscape, has worked with a diverse roster of artists and built a reputation for nurturing talent with care, vision, and integrity. Daryl, with his own deep-rooted journey in music, brings a unique lens grounded in truth, healing, and a spiritual approach to artist growth.

Together, they envisioned Flo as more than just a business — but a movement. A place where artists are seen as whole people. Where fears and ego are stripped away. Where creative flow is respected, and development is about more than success — it’s about soul alignment, connection, and longevity.

Flo Music Group supports artists through bespoke management, strategic touring, brand positioning, and audience development — always with love, authenticity, and intention at the core.

About

Natasha Savage

Founder, Flo Management

Going to live music shows and watching young artists find their voice was always electric — hearing their stories, feeling the energy, and witnessing their ability to connect people across every divide. I often found myself wondering how I could be a part of that magic. I wanted to contribute in a way that could impact a generation positively — to bring light into a space that so often feels heavy. The music industry, for all its brilliance, can carry a negative connotation. I knew I wanted to help transform it into something healing, purposeful, and empowering.

Over the past two decades, I’ve been blessed to work with a wide spectrum of managers, artists, genres, festivals, and events. Every collaboration came with its own set of lessons, all of which sharpened my ability to develop and nurture new and emerging talent.

My journey began in drama school and eventually led me to a marketing degree, but the pull toward music never left me. Early in my career, I joined a company where artist development was at the core. We built audiences the grassroots way — through extensive touring, fan engagement, and live connection. I had the honour of working with acts like The Parlotones, Prime Circle, and The Finkelsteins, helping build their presence through 20+ date national tours, almost every 3rd month targeting different audiences from schools, universities, and outdoor family events.

But not everything aligned. I witnessed decisions made that didn’t always serve the best interests of the artists.
That misalignment with my values pushed me to step back and reevaluate my path.

It led me to one of the most formative chapters of my career — working alongside indie label visionary and mentor Karl Anderson. Karl’s ethos was simple and powerful: put artists first, always. I had the privilege of launching and leading his agency/live division, working with an incredible roster across genres — from Locnville, Matthew Mole, and Nakhane Toure to The Muffinz, Pascal & Pearce, Tailor, Yoav, Moonchild Sanelly, and Zebra & Giraffe. It was a masterclass in building careers from love, vision, and authenticity.

When Karl stepped away from the label, I knew it was time to create something of my own. That’s when I founded Cr8if — an agency focused on the development and protection of artists. While I handled bookings for artists like Vin Deysel, Desmond & The Tutus, and Zweli, much of my energy was poured into growing Matthew Mole’s career, a journey that remains close to my heart.

With nearly 20 years in the South African music industry, one thing has remained true: I love artist development. I love connecting people through music. I love bringing light into different spaces. And most of all, I believe in the power of truth, spirit, and flow. One moment that changed everything for me happened in 2022, when I was invited to a show to watch a Canadian act called Neon Dreams. The energy and pure love that radiated from their performance was unlike anything I’d seen before. They drew in a super young, incredibly diverse audience — people from all walks of life — into an unlikely venue, and somehow made it feel intimate. Personal. Connected. Inviting.

That experience led me to a conversation with their manager, Daryl Flood, who shared the story behind their journey and the powerful vision that guides them. His philosophy — grounded in love, the dismantling of fear and ego, and viewing artist development through a spiritual lens — deeply resonated with me. From that alignment, Flo Music Group was born: a home for artists who move with purpose, feel deeply, and share from the soul.
